Cancellation Policy
-All services require a 50% nonrefundable deposit when booking.
-You may reschedule an appointment by giving us a 24-hour notice without loosing your deposit.
-If you reschedule with less than a 24-hour notice, you will forfeit your deposit.
-Canceled appointments automatically forfeit their deposits and a new deposit is needed to book a future appointment.
-No call and no show clients will be charged in full for their appointment and a new deposit will be required for future appointments or you may be asked to pay in full upfront for future appointments.
-If you are more then 15 minutes late for an appointment, your appointment will be canceled and you forfeit your reserved time and your deposit.
-We do not offer refunds on executed services.
-If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of having your service and we will do our best to correct any work done.
