Cancellation Policy
-A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to book all services.
-Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without losing your deposit.
-Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
-Canceled appointments automatically forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
-No-call, no-show appointments will be charged the full service amount. A new deposit or full payment upfront may be required to book future appointments.
-If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and you will forfeit your reserved time and deposit.
-Refunds are not offered for services that have already been completed.
-If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address and correct any concerns.
-For safety and to maintain a relaxing environment, children are not permitted at appointments unless they are receiving a service.
-By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
